Purchase and transaction data: products viewed, added to cart or purchased, order history, preferences and interactions.
3. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

Compliance with legal obligations: invoicing, tax and accounting obligations.

6. Recipients of Personal Data
Data may be shared with service providers such as shipping and courier services, tax and accounting consultants, hosting and IT providers, payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments), marketing automation platforms, as well as competent authorities where required by law. These entities act as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, where applicable.
7. Transfer of Data Outside the EU
Some services used by the website (such as Shopify, email marketing services and analytics tools) may involve the transfer of data to countries outside the EU. Such transfers are carried out in compliance with Articles 44–49 of the GDPR, through adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or additional security measures.

9. Nature of Data Provision
The provision of personal data is mandatory for contractual and legal purposes. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to complete an order or provide the requested services. The provision of data for marketing purposes is optional and refusal does not affect the main services.
10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
The Data Controller may carry out profiling activities based on browsing data, preferences or purchases in order to personalize offers and content, subject to user consent. No automated decision-making processes are carried out that produce significant legal effects for the data subject.
