SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping within Italy

Shipping is free for all orders with a total value of €200 or more. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €8.

Orders are shipped via a national express courier. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 3 business days.

Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.

High-Traffic Periods

During periods of high demand (sales, promotions, Black Friday, holidays), delivery times may be longer. Such delays cannot always be predicted or communicated in advance; therefore, Customers are hereby informed that delivery times may exceed standard estimates.

Shipping within the European Union

Shipping to European Union countries is charged at a flat rate of €14.99.

Delivery times generally range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer, who may freely choose the courier for returning the product.
