Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer, who may freely choose the courier for returning the product.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised only if the products are returned:

  • in unused and intact condition
  • free from any signs of wear, washing or damage
  • complete with original tags, labels and packaging
  • properly packed for transport

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days.

Initial shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

Size or item exchanges are permitted under the same conditions applicable to returns.

Return shipping and reshipment costs shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified by us.


ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS

For hygiene and customer protection reasons, returns are not accepted for the following items:

  • underwear
  • socks
  • items marked as “final sale” or otherwise indicated as non-returnable
  • products damaged after opening

DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

In the event that a product is defective or does not conform to the order, the Customer is required to contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence:

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us, in accordance with the statutory warranty provided by applicable law.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Only items in perfect condition are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if one or more of the following conditions are found:

  • clear signs of use or wear
  • removed, cut or missing tags or labels
  • dirty or damaged soles
  • stains, odors, signs of washing or material alterations
  • creases, deformations or loss of original shape
  • missing or replaced parts (buttons, accessories, laces, straps, etc.)
  • missing, damaged or non-original packaging
  • missing included accessories (dust bags, boxes, protective elements, certificates)

All items — clothing, footwear and accessories — must be returned in impeccable condition, complete with original tags, labels, packaging and wrapping, and with no signs of use.

Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in the return being refused and the item being returned to the Customer.


DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If the parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery, the Customer is advised to sign with reservation.

In the event of non-delivery, loss or tracking irregularities, the Customer is required to contact us within 5 business days from the expected delivery date so that we may initiate an investigation with the courier.
