GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
(Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code – Legislative Decree 206/2005 and the Italian Civil Code)
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made through the e-commerce website operated by Angelo Baldin SRL. By placing an order, the user declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are described in the relevant product pages. Product colors may vary slightly depending on the device used. All products are subject to availability.
4. Prices
Prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT. Any shipping costs or additional charges are indicated before order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
5. Orders
To place an order, the Customer must follow the procedure indicated on the website. An order shall be deemed accepted only upon receipt of the confirmation email sent by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of product unavailability or technical issues.
6. Payments
Payments may be made using the methods indicated on the website (credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments or other available services). Payment data are processed through certified providers and are not stored by the Seller.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Any delays shall not be attributable to the Seller. Risk shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the courier.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Pursuant to Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the products, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice to the Seller’s email address.
Products must be returned in like-new condition, complete with original tags, accessories and packaging.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated on the website.
The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
9. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- used, damaged or tagless products
- custom-made or personalized products
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery
10. Returns for Defective Products
In the event of lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code.
The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or any damage not directly attributable to willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Seller shall not be liable for malfunctions caused by force majeure, network interruptions, maintenance operations or external events beyond its control.
12. Use of the Website
The user undertakes not to use the website unlawfully or in a manner that could compromise its functionality. All website content (texts, images, trademarks) is protected by copyright.
13. Privacy
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Treviso shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the Customer acts as a consumer, in which case the competent court shall be that of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile.
15. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall not apply to orders already confirmed.
